Celebrity Recital
Rising young star Dima Bawab (soprano) makes her Ramallah debut in a recital of Mozart songs and arias, with acclaimed British artist Andrew Staples (tenor), accompanied by pianist Suzanne Szczetnikowicz. Currently living in Paris, Bawab performed with the Palestine Youth Orchestra in summer 2006 as well as at the Jerash Festival. One of Britain’s most exciting young tenors, Staples is making his Royal Opera House debut later in 2007.
