Louisa Hunter-Bradley (soprano) has performed extensively in Australia and Europe as soloist and ensemblist with groups such as the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Opera Australia, e21, Triptych, The Palestrina Project, Q Vocal Ensemble, Lyric Opera of Melbourne, Australian Classical Players, Cantillation, Melbourne Chorale Ensemble, and most predominantly as the Artistic Director of Past Echoes. Festival performances include the Melbourne Early Music Festival, Ballarat Organs of the Goldfields, Ballarat Winter Festival, Melbourne Proms, St Giles-in-the-Fields Lunchtime Concert Series, Carnivale Christi, Take Note Music Festival and Melbourne Autumn Music Festival.
 
While studying at the Royal Academy of Music, London, Louisa studied voice predominantly with Emma Kirkby and Ashley Stafford, and recorder with Peter Holtslag and Daniel Bruggen. She has completed her Master of Arts and is currently studying for a Doctor of Philosophy in Music Editing and Performance Practice at Monash University.
 
Louisa’s debut CD was Ephemera, works for recorder by Robin Bradley produced by The Music Source. Other recording collaborations include organ trio sonatas by J.S. Bach, Italian collections with Past Echoes and Appassionata, a sacred vocal CD with vocal group Triptych and numerous National Broadcasts through ABC Classic FM.
 
Louisa is the Artistic Director of Past Echoes, Associate Artistic Director Lyric Opera of Melbourne, Australian Classical Players and General Manager of The Music Source.
